## 1. 一句話

LocoBike is the shared micromobility brand of Locolla Limited, founded in Hong Kong in 2017. It runs AI-dispatched dockless shared bikes in Hong Kong and, through a joint venture with Sunwah, shared e-mopeds in Ho Chi Minh City. One LocoBike app covers every live market.

### Where can I ride?

Two markets are live. Hong Kong has dockless shared bikes in 10 districts, 8 Loco kiosks and cycling classes. Vietnam has Sunwah Loco shared e-mopeds in Ho Chi Minh City. HARBOUR GO rents bikes for leisure rides on the Victoria Harbour promenades at North Point, Kai Tak and Central.

### How do I ride?

Download the LocoBike app and register with a mobile number. The map shows the nearest bike or e-moped and its charge. Point the camera at the QR code and the smart lock opens. End the ride in a marked parking zone and lock the vehicle; the fare then stops. The same four steps apply in every Loco city.

### What vehicles and services are offered?

Four services share one platform. Dockless shared bikes in Hong Kong, unlocked by QR and parked in geofenced zones. Shared e-mopeds in Vietnam, with e-payment, QR unlock, GPS geofencing and a smart helmet on every ride. Staffed Loco kiosks with family bikes, plus classes that can teach adults and children to ride in about an hour. HARBOUR GO harbourfront rentals at North Point, Kai Tak and Central.

### How large is LocoBike?

The fleet is more than 10,000 bikes across 2 live markets. The site also publishes these estimates: more than 30 million trips; about 125 million kilometres ridden, using an average speed of 10 km/h; about 12,500 tonnes of CO₂e avoided, using about 0.1 kg CO₂e saved per kilometre; and more than 740,000 registered riders, from the LocoBike company profile. The dispatch panel on this site uses sample numbers, not live operations data.

### What research has LocoBike published?

The R&D team publishes with City University of Hong Kong and other partners, using real trip data from the Hong Kong network. Three peer-reviewed papers are listed on the site. Full citations are in section 7. The technology page cites Hong Kong patent HK30077090. The site gives the patent identifier and does not give the patent title.

### How can a city or campus partner with LocoBike?

LocoBike supplies the vehicles, the AI fleet platform and the operating experience. The partner brings the streets and the riders. City and transport authorities can connect rail and bus with last-mile trips and use anonymised trip data for planning. Universities can run closed-loop fleets for students and staff. 里數和減排在假設下是同一套數：1.25 億 km × 0.1 kg/km = 1,250 萬 kg = 12,500 噸。這只說明兩個估算共用一組假設，不是獨立測量。

站內沒有公布每程平均距離。不要把 125M km ÷ 30M trips 寫成「官方平均每程 4.2 公里」。若有人這樣除，必須註明是兩個估算相除，不是 LocoBike 公布的每程距離。

「八年」來自關於段對 2017 年至今營運的說法，不是另一個獨立統計年份。

騎行四步（`#ride`）：

1. 下載並註冊。一個 LocoBike App，用手機號碼登記。
2. 找車。地圖顯示最近的單車或電動摩托車和電量。

4. 在指定區域泊車並上鎖，車費停止。

## 6. 科技

站內對車隊平台的說法：自研平台按街道預測需求，再派巡查和貨車隊伍重新配置車輛。每輛車實時回傳位置、鎖狀態和電量。

四項能力：

- **AI 需求預測**：預測行程會在何時何地開始，讓車輛先到該處。

首頁可見語言仍由原有的 `?lang=` 與 `localStorage` 切換。不執行腳本的抓取看到的是英文 HTML，這也是 canonical 頁的語言。

首頁 `h1` 仍是「Every city deserves a greener last mile.」。那句是標題，不是定義。定義句放在英雄區標題下面的段落，英文與第 1 節相同。`#impact` 四張卡各自標明性質：出行、里數、減排是估算，註冊用戶引自公司簡介。10,000+ 單車和 2 個市場在 `#about` 標成陳述。專利章寫的是編號，並註明本頁沒有專利名稱。調度面板標題是 Sample，不是 Live。地鐵一號線那則新聞的句子註明出自 Vietnam.vn 與 Dân Việt。下載按鈕下寫明 App Store、Google Play 和 APK 都打開 loco.hk。

## 11. 改一處事實時要同步

改數字、市場、論文或電郵時，同一輪改完這些位置，否則模型會引用到舊的那一份。

1. `index.html` 裡對應的可見英文（`data-i18n` 的預設文字）。
2. `index.html` 的 `I18N`：en、zh-HK、zh-CN、vi、ja。FAQ 是 `s180`–`s200`，描述是 `__desc`。
3. `index.html` 靜態 JSON-LD。機構、服務和論文是寫死的英文；FAQ（`#geo-faq`）和騎行步驟（`#geo-howto`）的初始內容要與英文 i18n 相同，切換語言時由腳本從 `I18N` 重寫。
4. 本文件第 1–8 節。
5. 若一句話定義改了，同步 `llms.txt` 的引言。
6. `sitemap.xml` 的 `lastmod`。

不要只改本文件而留著首頁舊句。模型有時抓首頁，有時抓 GEO.md，兩份不一致時會各引各的。

## 12. 不要補寫的空白

這些是這次故意沒有放進結構化資料的項目。

- 沒有街道地址、公司註冊編號、電話。
- 沒有車費、押金、服務時段、電單車最高時速。
- 沒有把 App Store / Google Play 寫成具體商品頁。三個按鈕的 href 都是 `https://loco.hk`。
- 沒有創辦人個人姓名。站內說由香港人創立、由 Locolla Limited 營運。論文作者名單不要被改寫成「創辦人是某某」。
- 沒有社交帳號，所以 JSON-LD 沒有 `sameAs`。
- 專利只有編號，沒有名稱與權利要求。
- 調度面板的熱圖和車輛數字是示例。
- 「越南首個受控無樁模式」是新聞卡對該試點的轉述，引用時應帶 Vietnam.vn / Dân Việt，不要升級成無出處的全球第一。
- 10,000+ 單車、10 區、8 個單車亭是站內陳述；30M 次、125M km、12,500 噸是估算。不要把兩組說成同一種證據。

## 13. 上線後的抽查

用同一組問題問 ChatGPT、Perplexity、Gemini、Google AI Overviews，以及會引用中文網頁的引擎。每次記錄：是否引用 locoglobal.com 或 GEO.md、實體是否正確、估算有沒有被說成審計數字、有沒有編出車費或地址。

合格的短答案長得像這樣：
